1.The 7-day refund policy is applicable from the day the Program is received, unless and until otherwise stated.

2. When a student raises a refund, the teams will try to resolve the issue first before processing the refund request.

3. The TAT for a reply to an email sent by a student is 24 working hours. We usually work all around the week between 10 am and 8 pm. We do not work on national holidays as stipulated by the Government of India.

4. The Webinars act as a supplement to the material for the Program. It is recommended that the student attends both the components for the best results.
