1. Validity of the Course 6 months.

2.The 7-day refund policy is applicable from the day the Program is received, unless and until otherwise stated.

3. When a student raises a refund, the teams will try to resolve the issue first before processing the refund request.

4. The TAT for a reply to an email sent by a student is 24 working hours. We usually work all around the week between 10 am and 8 pm. We do not work on national holidays as stipulated by the Government of India.

5. The Webinars act as a supplement to the material on the Tablet. It is recommended that the student attends both the components for the best results.

6. The students also get to attend specialized Strategy Sessions conducted on the weekends. These sessions will focus on solving tough questions and address strategic doubts that students will have.

7. Extension of the Product can happen if the Extension Fee is paid by the student.
